    11/20/19 Create a Quizlet account and create Prefix flash cards to study.

     

    Narrative Essay:  Assigned 12/2/19 - Due 12/13/19

    *Be sure to include exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, resolution. 

    *An introduction, three body paragraphs, and a conclusion are required.

    *Each essay must have five paragraphs(five sentences minimum per paragraph) and be no longer than two pages. Each paragraph is worth 20 points.

    *Typed, double-spaced, Times New Roman (size 12) font.

    *Proper capitalization, spelling, punctuation, spacing, formatting, and complete sentences are required. A 2 point deduction will be made for each instance identified as not being properly completed.

    *Please incorporate the following words: incapable, brigade, devise, retrieve, billowing, menacing, jeer, apparition, frantic, solemn. A two point deduction will be made for each word not used in the essay.

     

    Language Arts:

    Notes for the first four chapters/journal entry dates answer the following: Who, what, when, where, why, how?

    11/18/19 Notes checked in.

    Notes for the remaining chapters will identify the theme, with supporting evidence from the story, and an essential question that includes an explanation.
